If your order was delivered damaged then we may be able to assist you by sending you replacement parts.
In order for us to process your request you will need to fill out the replacement request form. This can be found here.
Please provide some photos of the damaged item and if the packaging for this item is damaged then include some photos of this as well.
If only part of the product is broken we may be able to send you a replacement part. A photo of the damaged part circled on the instructions will need to be submitted with your replacement request form.
Where relevant include the part number from the product instructions when filling out the replacement request form.
